How You Remove The File Path From Desktop Backgrounds
I have permanent nerve damage in my right hand and arm. I just have accident clicked on something while look around at parts of my first Macbook. Now my chosen desktop background is showing the file path and I cannot figure out where I can change this. I've looked and looked even where you can change the background and I can't find how to get rid of it. Help please this is driving me more nuts.

I'm not sure I completely understand your problem, but any pictures used for your desktop pictures are usually found here:
    /Library/Desktop\ Pictures folder

There maybe and can be other folders with their own separate names within the folder that will also work.

If you want to use custom pictures, just add them to a folder of your own making, and then click the "+" in your Desktop & screensaver pref pane and navigate and choose that folder.

I hope this is close to what you were asking.

I wonder if that's a "feature" of the Accessibility System Preferences panel.

Sorry for not responding with a thank you yesterday. I was going to take a screenshot of my desktop to show what I'm referring to but my the nerve damage in my hand and arm has been too painful unti this morning when I had to leave for work.

I think you may be correct. I was in that area. I'll check when I get home. I normally bring my Mac to work but I've been having difficulty connecting with it to our wifi at my office the last two days so I just left it home this morning. I'm not sure what's up but the login page for our guest network that I have to use has stopped popping up on my Mac and I have been unable to find a solution. The strange thing to me anyway is it comes up on my iPhone with no problem everytime I log into it.

Do you not have a Tech person, or at least someone else who knows about Macs to help you get things set up working correctly???

And as toMACsh alluded to, have you tried setting up and using any of the features in the Accessibility System Preferences to help save you or reduce some of your pain??

Also, Siri may be able to help as well.

Actually, I'm even more confused now between your "The File Path From Desktop Backgrounds" and your "office Network setup" problem.

Sorry I can't help further, but I'm sure some of your co-workers could certainly help out and solve the problems.

I understand the confusion. I was in lots of pain so when I wanted to take a screenshot and attach it here I was unable. The other I know sounds random but I also couldn't send a screenshot because I was at work but couldn't get access to our network for some reason. Two separate but sort of connected in that access to the network would have allowed me to upload a screenshot if I wasn't in too much pain to take one.

Maybe if your Mac supports it you could involve Siri and get her to give you a hand.

Did you know you can take screenshots on the Mac just by saying “Hey, take a screenshot!” You can also access Siri by saying “Hey, Siri!” Here’s a guide to setting up these features.
Use voice control to take screenshots and access Siri on the Mac | RAW Mac

And lots more options available from here, or modify the search:
mac os use siri to make screenshot
Use voice control to take screenshots and access Siri on the Mac | RAW Mac
