    Typing correction apps
Are there any text editor apps than can, for example, correct "I WANT A NEW CAR JOHN." to "I want a new car John."?

I have tried TextEdit but the only options will make all Upper Case, all lower case or capitalize every word.

There are many apps that can do this but they may not be suitable for what you need. Are you just wanting a plain text editor?

Just re-read your original post and now I'm struggling.

Pages, Word, BBEdit and more can change cases between Cap, Lower, Title, Sentence

However, I'm not aware of one that can identify and capitalise names as per your example I'm afraid.

    Perhaps others can weigh in.

Thanks again mrplow. I'll try one of those you've mentioned. I guess I'll have to manually capitalize the names.
