I’ve been using this same Mac now for a few years, and same Apple ID.
All other devices sync Photos fine. And everything else.

And yes, it seems that Photos is the only thing not syncing...

Yes, it’s the Beta download for developers thing. Shows up as iOS 13 in the Settings -> General thing.

Seriously? Just disable it in settings. Remove it from the dock. In applications slide it into a group of “why the F.... do I need this” apps and forget it. Job done.
And still using Snow Leopard ?...

I’ve been running iOS 13 on my iPad 4 for a week or two now, and it seems fine apart from a few glitches here and there.
But... the battery runs down super quick. It’s just sitting there doing...

Could be your power line adapter is on a different circuit. Isolated from the circuit you want to get to.
Not all house and office wiring will be on the same or common circuit.
I have power line...
