I'll give Chrome a try!
I'll try the HTML 5 option and let you know ... If that doesn't work I will give Flash a try.
Those are the help files I followed, but I still get these help messages popping up every time I try to run a Netflix file or program, and I cannot stream anything?
I own a 2009 iMac 27" with 16 gig of ram and running High Sierra.
I have a Netflix account on my desktop PC, I can view on up to 2 screens, so I thought I would be able to view content on my iMac...

Sorry to you! This is my original account, I lost the details of this account and could not sign in with it. I have several e-mail addresses and to many different passwords to count, so I rely on a...
My first post said in part: "My problem is that even though" .....etc.
In my case I know the previous owners habits and they were not anything more than edit a few photo's and browse the Web. Also there was no registered applications of any kind and only basic...
Apart from the fact that my problem is now solved! What is also evident is that there was (at least in my case) no real reason to do a clean install of my OS in order to get a great result and a...
Problem solved! It took several re-starts, but App store now working again! Probably something in the App store module didn't load correctly the first time?
I own an older iMac running El Capitan.
My problem is that I cannot get the App Store to display any screen info (no Apps visible (just a white screen with the "A" App store logo in the centre)? ...
Contacted them by e-mail and they replied within a couple of hours. They provided the information I needed to correct my old Apple ID and change the password (again).
This worked perfectly and I...
Possibly? I'll look into it?
I am in the UK Lisa.
chscag: Thinking back, in the early days when I first bought this iMac I may have had a different ID e-mail, but as far as I remember the present ID e-mail is the one I used...
