    Unhappy /Facepalm
    So got all excited was going to go to bestbuy to pick up my first ever mac, was going to get the macbook pro for 1299. Was going to pay some cash down and then put the rest on my bestbuy card, I saw like 3 there on saturday lowandbehold my luck they didnt have any in, and said they werent getting any more in. FML....

    That really does suck. 1299 for a MBP is a pretty sweet deal too.

    I take it that was a non-Unibody model?

    Man it was just all day I was looking forward to going there getting my mac book, I was like a kid on christmas morning. They took that away from me, they took my christmas. HAHAHAHa. I really figured since I had a bestbuy creditcard it would be easy to get it from there without having the Juniper Card in my wallet.

    Alright guys need some advice, Should I travel an hour to a Town with a Bestbuy that has them?

    I would call first to reserve one, but yes - if you have to use your Best Buy card, it's better than ordering online and waiting for it to ship.

    +1 to cwa's post - DEFINITELY call and make sure they will hold one or at least that they have plenty of inventory. If you think you're mad now at bestbuy, just wait until after you've driven an hour one way and can't get one .

    That is true. eric you work at bestbuy?? If so can you like talk to corporate and tell them the one in Victoria Texas is horrible. haha. Ya I got the number of the store bout to go on a smoke break and call them.

    Well guys Called bestbuy in Chorpus Christ said they had some the girl said she would hold one for me and...errr she just called said the only ones they have are opened box, but they will be getting more in tomorrow which is when iam going so they should have a new one there, so sweet iam so going. She was really nice on the phone too. You trying calling the BB in my town they answer the phone like WHAT? and then ignore you when you are in the store
