    Lightbulb Apple certified worth it?
Well I am thinking of becoming apple certified and debating if its worth it. IT seems like the hard ware and mac os (plus the study kit) will come out to $600. Now the hard part, I can take apart any mac completely in about 15 to 20 minutes and I know a good amount about apples os but not that much.

So is it worth it to get certified?

As I understand it, the drawback is you have to find an apple authorized dealership with a service account agreement to be associated with. They do not often allow freelance repair technicians.
