    Red face garage band.. how to arrange files
    i have several recorded files and want to put them in order to make one recording.The poem stanzas are read by several different people. I then want to put a song from my itunes library in the background. ?how? thanks

    Open up the help file in Garageband and learn about tracks. That's really all you need.

    i did and i admit to the "dumb" question. i just can't get started. my "tracks" are voice recordings. thx

    Sound bites appear as bubbles in garageband. Drag in one sound bite. Drag in another. Move the second as close to the first as you want. Play it back, see how it sounds. If it's good, drag in another. Move it close to the second one. Play it back, see how that sounds.

    Etc.
