    Installing OS X
Just out of interest I was wondering. If I was to use my full HD to install Linux (over Mac OS X) - If I decided to switch back could I still install Mac OS X from the DVD's that came with my iMac or would I need a full version of the Mac OS X install DVD?

No, you can use the ones that came with the machine. You can't even buy the Intel version of Tiger in the shops.

Why don't you partition your drive so that you don't get rid of OS X in the first place?
