Issues with Do Not Disturb in Catalina (v10.15.4)
Running macOS Catalina (v10.15.4), and I've been having some issues with Do Not Disturb...

First, I noticed DND turned itself on. When I checked the settings in System Preferences > Notifications, the time for DND reset itself to 12:00AM to 12:00AM, so it was effectively always on.

I tried to change it, and I can change the first time, but I can't change the second time (stuck at 12:00AM).

Occasionally, I'll be able to adjust the second time, but it'll reset itself back to 12:00AM.

    Anyone else running into this?

Hi Sean, Have you tried adjusting the time from the Notifications menu on the Menu Bar? Top far right you will see the Notifications icon (three dots and three parallel bars) down the bottom of the display you will see the little gear wheel, click that and see if you can adjust the time from there. Of course it should work the same as in System Preferences but just a different route.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did give this a try, but the little gear just opens System Preferences > Notifications where I have the same problem.

    Any other thoughts?

Adjust the first time to 10PM, close out of System Preferences. Then attempt again to change the second time.

    I think I've figured it out...kinda...

The issue is related to Sidecar. I have an iPad Pro I use as a secondary display on occasion. When Sidecar is enabled (i.e. I'm using the iPad as an extended display), DND autonomously enables itself.

This is counter to the setting I have in System Preferences > Notifications in which I have the "Turn on Do Not Disturb: When mirroring to TVs and projectors" unchecked.

It also seems using Sidecar resets the DND From/To times so that I have to put them back to my desired setting.

So while I think I've found the issue, definitely seems like a software bug in Sidecar. Anyone know how I might report it?

There have been other issues with Sidecar use. And many complaints from users:
