When did this start? Do you have to do anything to make it happen? If it is reproducible, then boot into Safe Mode and try to make it happen there.

It has happened twice and it happened the 1st time while watching Hulu and just today it happened while Amazon Prime Video. 2-3 weeks apart and it just happens at it's own schedule. I guess I have to look out for common occurrences. And it started after upgrading to Catalina.

First thing to do is get rid of the Norton Anti Virus software. There are no viruses in the wild that can infect your Mac; there is however, malware which you can scan for with "Malwarebytes" software. Catalina is much more restrictive than any previous version of macOS when it comes to security.

Try running in safe mode as suggested by Ashwin and let us know what happens.

+1 for getting rid of Norton. It causes more problems than it can solve.

Hi buddy, try disabling any malware protection that should get the issue solved in no time.
