    Can't resume downloads
If I'm downloading something in Safari and the download is interrupted, Safari displays a Downloads dialog box with the option to resume the download. However, if I click on the 'Resume downloading' button, I get a message that says, "You do not have permission to acce..."

Firstly, I'm not sure what I don't have permission to access - is there a way to see the rest of that message?

Secondly, how do I fix it?

    Thanks
