Not really. One still needs the admin/keychain password to get a specific password in keychain.

I can launch keychain, then pick any of the keychain entries and select "Copy password to clipboard", and then paste into text edit after I enter my keychain password, and the password for that keychain entry will be shown.
For the backup s I have, before the admin password was changed (and forgotten), I can do exactly what I described in the sentence above and retrieve the password for a specific keychain entry.
All I want to do is the same thing but for all keychain entries at once.

I’ve never heard of, or come across a way of doing that. Sorry to disappoint

Theoretically one should be able to use Automator for that task.

However, I tried to use Automater for other repetitive tasks before and wasn't successful - just spent more time trying to get Automator to do what I wanted it to do than the time it would have taken me to do the task manually in the first place.
