I agree with gsahli , the last post.
And others. Mackeeper is worse than any virus.
    The Samsung is junk.
Way too many plist files loading. Probably half of them not connecting to anything, or starting helpers for nonexistent software.
Yes, lots of “Executable not found” entries.
    Adobe anything.
Maybe you should go for a clean reinstall.?

Would a clean install get rid of these Plist files? I dont quite know what they do or how they work.

It will get rid of all the ones you added since you got the Mac, unless when you got the Mac, you did not do a clean install.

Please backup. Everything has a life cycle, unexpected and warning free. Nothing will last as long as you want it to.

What do you see in Activity Monitor under the CPU Tab? Sounds like you may have a few extra things running in the background.
Secondly I would grab a copy of Find Any File from here; Thomas Tempelmann - Find Any File and do a search for mackeeper. I'll bet my back teeth there are still a few elements of the app left (bear in mind it will display items in trash as well). Be careful of course but you can right click and trash items directly from the FAF results window and see the path to them in the panel at the bottom.
I used to be conceited but now I'm perfect.
