    Hi and welcome.

Why not give "The Unarchiver" app a go. It is free and can be got from the Apple store.

I've used it for many years and I get very big medical files which it "unzips" no problem.

Hi Kaz - keep in mind that the zip file could be 'corrupted', so if Ian's suggestion does not work, then if possible re-download or obtain a 'new' version - Dave

Where are you trying to unzip it to? Keep in mind that if you're trying to unzip that file to a FAT or FAT-32 drive, it won't unzip correctly because FAT or FAT-32 do not support files 4GB or larger. It sounds like that's what you're trying to do?

Both Dave and Admin chscag make excellent points. We don't yet know, of course, the exact circumstances pertaining to the OP's setup.
