    Agreed. The only time I remember the iSight coming on in Skype either of the following was happening:

    1. Request for video chat.
    2. I turned the camera on to test a problem with video chat and forgot it was on.

    Can you explain how that is possible? I don't know much about Google Hangout (and don't intend to ever learn) but I use Skype all the time and have never had the camera in use when I didn't want it to be in use.
    I myself wish I knew the answer to that.
