How do I customise key bindings?
- Rep Power
I'm coming from Windows to my new mini mac.
I have a USB keyboard which is working despite my mac telling me the keyboard is not recognised. I want to change the behaviour of the End and Home keys.
Have seen a few a few examples of creating a DefaultKeyBinding.dict file in order to override key bindings.
e.g. Cocoa Text System
However I'm having no joy. Nothing I put in said file has any effect.
I don't have my mac with me right now, so before I post the contents of my DefaultKeyBinding.dict can somebody pls tell me if I am on the right track?
Or maybe this is no longer how this is done?
