KERNEL PANIC HELP! figured people in this section could help me

I am not a super savvy computer person but heres my problem,, i have snow leopard and i have a kernel panic error.. I would run the disk but only problem is.. MY CD ROM DOESNT WORK! i heard there was a way to do it through USB with a flash drive but i would like to know how that can be done..
i really hope someone can help me out here

Nope. Take it to an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) and get them to find out what is actually wrong.
