    Software not allowing Mac to boot - Glow worm software!!
    HI, I have installed Gloworm software on Mac os X 10.5, and it was not compatible witht this version. it caused my MacBook Pro to crash and will not startup normally. i have launched in safe mode and removed the files/Application. it still hasn't helped.

    Can any one help witht this issue.

    Sounds like you have installed one of those programs which requires the uninstaller to remove it successfully, dragging to the trash may not be enough. Go to this link and look towards the bottom of the page on uninstalling:-

    Keep us posted? Trust you do not have to format the drive and do a clean install.
