    Question can i use the restore dvds from my MacBookPro 2.4ghz on my MacBookPro 1.83ghz
    hi,

    i have an MacBookPro 15" 1.83 ghz CoreDuo and i have an MacBookPro 15" 2.4ghz Core2Duo, so, i lose the restore dvd for my MacBookPro 1.83ghz,
    someone can tell me if can i use the restore dvds from my MacBookPro 2.4ghz on my MacBookPro 1.83ghz?

    No, they will not work. The restore disks that come with Mac's are system type specific.
