Apologies if I post this in the wrong place. Just move it if so. I installed os 10.6.3 on my Mac Pro and am wondering if someone can suggest a password keeper or safe for that OS. (Other than keychain.) I have searched but without any good fortune.

One challenge with that review chscag showed is that it is PC-specific. It does talk about how products work in the Mac, but it downgraded some for not working in Windows as well as they do on Macs. For example, they criticized 1Password for how it is shared, but in the Apple ecosystem, using iCloud, the sharing of passwords across devices is seamless and practically instantaneous. There are other PC-specific twists to the reviews. Read them carefully and don't take the summary of the findings as accurate.

Snow Leopard is so old, I'm not sure if anything is still compatible.

Please backup. Everything has a life cycle, unexpected and warning free. Nothing will last as long as you want it to.

It’s PC Magazine. I stopped taking them seriously ages ago, when I was a Windows enthusiast. They blatantly cater to their advertisers.

Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).
