Accidentally deleted a folder in Apple MailI did a bone head thing this morning. Instead of checking my email on my MBP, I logged into my iCloud account via Safari on my iMac. Once logged in, I accidentally deleted an email folder and all subfolders labeled "Saved emails". After a few choice words, the folder is no where to be found. At that point, I started my laptop and turned off wifi. I launched the mail app and the "Saved emails" folder and all subfolders are still there. If I log back into my iCloud account via Safari, how do I get the "Saved emails" folder and all subfolders back?
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Maybe this wil help:
How to recover deleted iCloud data
How to recover deleted iCloud data - TechRepublic
If that doesn't work, try some of these hits from here:

iCloud accidentally deleted an email folder - Google Search
Good luck and maybe say a prayer or two... person-with-folded-hands_1f64f.png ....

Thank you for your reply Patrick. Fortunately I found a very simple fix. I opened the Trash on my MBP, then went to "Edit" > Select All > Put Back. Problem solved !!! Sorry to have bothered you for something I should have known to begin with.

And glad to hear you got the problem fixed.
PS: I find the iCloud very confusing to work with so I basically just use some super simple syncing stuff which I don't even really need.

Thanks Patrick. I also found the "Saved emails" folder and all subfolders on my Time Machine backup. If I didn't find them in my Trash, that would have been my next step.
Thank you again,
Mike
