    Good day to all.
I installed a Dymo label printer the other day but decided to uninstall the software as it wasn't what I was looking for.
I did the uninstall by drawing it from the applications to the trash bin and also from the launchpad all looked okay but there must be some thing left as there is a demo icon showing in the tool bar next to the clock as per image how's the best way to get rid of.
Have done a restart with no luck. Any help Please.Greenshot 2019-04-13 09.04.51.png

    David,

Try left click and drag off. Or Right click and see if there’s an option to remove, or drag.

Another option is to hold down the Command key and then try to drag off.

Look in your System Preferences > Users & Groups > Startup Items. You may be able to remove it from there, if it is in there.

I'm unfamiliar with that, but I have a feeling you are going to need to reinstall the app, then delete it after that option is turned off. Did you install it through the macOS App Store, or the website? Usually, if you use the website, there are uninstall instructions.

    Have a read here:
Can I remove the Dymo Label Webservice and still use the Dymo Application?
security - Can I remove the Dymo Label Webservice and still use the Dymo Application? - Ask Different

    If you need more suggestions:
    Mac Dymo label web service
Mac Dymo label web service - Google Search

You shoud also be able to track it down for deletion bt using Activity Monitor.app, select the dymo daemon or whatever, Click the information "i" icon, > click Files etc. tab and see where it's show as a location in the info list.

Glad to hear you got it all fixed David, but I'm not sure where or what your particular "settings" are, but maybe that's just from the translation and the different Mac terminology we tend to use.

BTW: There are numerous ways to print labels from the Mac if you need to, and if you have a printer, even though some of the label printers are quite handy, but rather expensive, at least for occasional use IMHO.

The Avery label stock sheets are very popular and well-supported.

If you need some suggestions of some better software to use, just drop the members a note along with your Mac OS version used.
