Updated App But Didn't Know It Had a Price
ok so basically the title tells you everything. On my macbook air i saw that there were three updates, so i updated it them. I went to see what i updated and it had a price of $14.99, and i had no idea that there was a price. WHAT DO I DO? Did i get charged? If i did how do i cancel it?

    THanks in Advance!

You're going to HAVE to give up SOME details of what exactly you mean for us to help you. For example, are we talking about the Mac App Store here? As far as I'm aware there's no way for updates to be anything but free from the MAS.

Are we talking Software Update? Again, that's not really possible. So some specifics would be REALLY helpful.

The Mac App Store will show you your purchase history, maybe that will help clarify for you what happened, because so far nothing you've said in this post sounds likely.

PS. If you DO see any iTunes or Mac App Store purchases that you did not request, CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Open the App Store, click on "Purchased" at the top of the window and you will see a list of everything you have purchased - along with the date it was purchased.

If you have been charged, like everything you should get a purchase receipt. Even for Apps that have cost me $0 i have received a receipt for it.
And from my understanding, there is a failsafe as in a pop-up appears asking to confirm the purchase.

Did you already purchase iPhoto form the Mac App Store before the update? Or did you have it on DVD?
