    Street Fighter IV vs. Bootcamp.
Hi, I don't get why I cannot run Street Fighter IV on my Bootcamped Macbook.

I got it installed and all, i got the error message saying: Failed to create a Direct3D something something.

I ran DXDiag, says I got DirectX 11, but anything related to 3d graphics, accelerated 3d whatever is "unavailable". the video card says VGA Video Adapter, or something liek that.

Here the specs and spec requirements:

    Macbook:
    4GB RAM
    2.4GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo
    250gb 5400rpm bootcamp partition = 100gb, currently 61gb free.
    Nvidia GeForce 320M

    Street Fighter IV requirements:

    Minimum specs:

    # : Windows XP
    # : Intel Pentium4 2.0GHz or higher
    # : 1GB RAM or higher
    # : 10GB of free HDD space or more
    # : NVIDIA GeForce6600 series, ATI Radeon(TM) X1600 or higher or higher, DirectX 9.0c/Shader3.0 or higher compatible, VRAM 256MB or higher
    # : DirectSound compatible, DirectX 9.0c (or higher) compatible

    Recommended Specs:

    # : Windows Vista
    # : Intel Core2Duo 2.0GHz or higher
    # : 2GB RAM or higher
    # : 10GB of free HDD space or more
    # : NVIDIA GeForce8600 series or higher, ATI Radeon(TM) X 1900 or higher, DirectX 9.0c/Shader3.0 or higher compatible, VRAM F512MB or higher
    # : DirectSound compatible, DirectX 9.0c (or higher) compatible

I dont understand why i cannot play it.

The error you're getting suggests that you don't have the proper driver installed for the nVidia GF 320M or that GPU does not have enough horse power or VRAM to run the game. Go to the nVidia site while in Windows XP and download their latest driver for your card. Try it. (Make sure it's for XP not Vista or Win 7.)

proper driver installed it's what came with it. I read up other game issues and it might be because the mb doesn't have a video card. I'd love to go XP but my laptop was imaged by my school for windows 7. Was mainly to play a few games during times where i get bored at school, but i suppose i can't if it has to be on xp
