How Do I Restore iPhone with Local Backup from MobileSync FolderI知 in the downgrade phase where I知 using iTunes 10.7 with an iPhone having iOS 6 and I made a local backup file that sits in my MobileSync Folder under Application Support. How do I get this local backup data back onto my iPhone? The iTunes recognizes the iPhone.

What do you mean by "downgrade phase"?
You restore a backup by plugging your iPhone into your computer; open iTunes; select your iPhone; hit "Restore Backup".
