iTunes Syncing, why does iTunes sync back Apps that i've deleted?

Sometimes, when I delete Apps on the iPad, the next time I sync with iTunes, iTunes feels compelled to put some of the Apps back on. Not all the Apps though

Is this just one of those random iTunes "features"?

It puts back whatever apps you have checked, so if you don't want them anymore, uncheck them.

Yeah thats the thing, I didnt check a lot of those, it just randomly selected a bunch of apps to add to the iPad
