I thought this forum had closed? As it says in the title. What happened? But if it’s now active, fantastic!

As Mark Twain once said to a reporter:
"The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated."
LOL, we're still alive and kicking!

I also missed out on the enjoyment of this forum, but for only two or three months.

I'm not from Missouri, but I just kept coming back and MF kept going. Therein is the value of checking this sub-forum for the status of things. I never missed out. Things slowed down a bit, but it's more active now. I can't say if there was more activity prior to the threat of being shut down...

It sure was a strange time. First Penton notified us that the site would shut down. This initiated a rush to set up a Facebook page and investigate the possibilities of creating and hosting a new web site. Then the closure date came and went and a web site in construction was established with updates via the FB page then after months of uncertainty and tons of time, hard work (and money) by the Admins, moderators and other generous, devoted members Penton decided not to close the site after all. A strange time indeed.
Sent from my iPhone using Mac-ForumsI used to be conceited but now I'm perfect.
