3.4GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 (Turbo boost up to 3.8GHz)
8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM installed (Supports up to 32 GB)
1TB 7200-rpm hard drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775m graphics memory processor with 2GB of GDDR5 memory
Purchased new March 11th, 2015 for $2,342 (original receipt included). Includes AppleCare until March 2018. Original box also included. Non-smoking home. Pristine, near mint condition. Not a scratch to be found anywhere.
Will reset/reinstall to original settings (OS X Mavericks) per Apple’s recommended procedure (See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201065). An administrator account will be set so all you’ll need to do is change the account name and proceed with signing into Apple and Apple associated accounts. Or, I'll reset/reinstall and leave the setup to you. Your choice.

12-29-2015, 10:54 PM #7chas_mGuestThat's a great price, and if I was in the Chicago area (as I was just last month! Argh!), I too would be knocking on your door. I'm confused about how a 2013 iMac can be bought new in 2015, but if it has the AppleCare till 2018 that is a SWEET deal.

Maybe it was actually an Apple refurbished computer rather than "new" mentioned in post #1.

If I was in the States, East or West, I would drive to pick it up for that great sacricial price!
Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

If this was after the new year, I would be on this like white on rice. Christmas is a killer for us…2 kids, wanting all the cool tech, one in university…..So if you still have it after the new year, and are willing to sell at the 1100etc price, I am very interested!

Ha ha…I did not know. The classifieds section here is fairly slow then. This was close to the top. Sorry about that!
