I would just like to add..... I have the same machine and if I were in the Chicago area I would be knocking on your door. A great buy for someone. Good luck with the sale!

As a somewhat urgent financial issue has occurred, I'm reopening this sale for a few days (Through Monday, January 4, 2016)

    $1,150 firm.

See initial post for iMac details.

That's a great price, and if I was in the Chicago area (as I was just last month! Argh!), I too would be knocking on your door. I'm confused about how a 2013 iMac can be bought new in 2015, but if it has the AppleCare till 2018 that is a SWEET deal.

Maybe it was actually an Apple refurbished computer rather than "new" mentioned in post #1.

If I was in the States, East or West, I would drive to pick it up for that great sacricial price!
Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

If this was after the new year, I would be on this like white on rice. Christmas is a killer for us…2 kids, wanting all the cool tech, one in university…..So if you still have it after the new year, and are willing to sell at the 1100etc price, I am very interested!

Steve. Not sure if you noticed. This iMac was originally posted for sale 14 months ago. If you did know...I apologize.

For the OP's sake...hopefully it was sold by now.

Ha ha…I did not know. The classifieds section here is fairly slow then. This was close to the top. Sorry about that!
