I am trying to watch netflix and i keep getting an error that Safari won't load

Help please

Welcome to Mac-Forums..

"Safari won't load" ins't useful. What is the EXACT error message? Do you have Silverlight installed? It's needed to watch Netflix on your browser..

Go to the App Store and get Friendly for NetFlix. It works great and is free. I am trying to remember if I had to download Silverlight for it but if I did the app prompted me to do it.

I was just watching Netflix using Safari on my Mac mini yesterday. I am running macOS 13. Can you provide more information about your device and OS version?

A warm welcome to Mac-Forums.

It would probably help if we knew which Operating System your Mac runs and the model and year could be relevant. The version of Safari might be an issue too.

Agree with whats been mentioned above. Definitely need to know what OS version is installed. If the computer is running an old version of Safari...that could be the issue.
