    Websites on Safari are reloading
I have a MacBook Pro (13 inch 2017, 14,2) running macOS 10.14.6. Every time I go to a website on Safari v13.1, the website reloads and says that there is a problem.

I have cleared the cache and the history, deleted the Cache.db file from the Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari folder.

I opened the same websites in Chrome and Firefox and the issue does not occur so it is an issue in Safari itself

I also disabled the JavaScript in Safari and that temporarily fixed the issue but most sites will not function properly.

I have hit a wall and need some help.

Are you adding the "www" in front of the URL, a lot of sites do funky redirecting when you don't add that part and some browsers have issues with that.

Also, if you don't mind, share the site you are having issues with and we can all test it to see if it's you or the site.

    Clear all plug-in and extensions:

If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues - Apple Support

Other things to try to fix Safari:

    Download this app:

DNSRefresh for Mac - Free Download Version 1.0 | MacUpdate

Your Mac has a cache that it holds DNS info in. Sometimes this cache gets stale or corrupted. This app basically runs the command line command:

    # sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

In the Finder (i.e. on the Desktop)
Hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu
    Choose Library

    and look for:

    com.apple.quicktime.plugin.preferences.plist

    and

    com.apple.Safari.plist

Move these files to the desktop.

Now relaunch Safari and see if the problem has resolved. If it has, you can throw the files you just put on the desktop in the trash.

    If that didn't help, download:

    EasyFind (free)
    DEVONtechnologies | Needful Things

    and find and delete:

    ~/Library/Safari/Databases

    ~/Library/Safari/Local Storage

If that doesn't help, try compreshensively resetting Safari:

Please post a website example that you're having trouble with that's not so "commercially" obvious (spammy).

In post #1 you said "Every time I go to a website on Safari v13.1, the website reloads and says that there is a problem." Therefore I'm sure if this happens "everytime"...you can pick a different website that you're having trouble with that doesn't look "spammy".

    Thanks,

Are you saying that when you enter the URL of the site on the address bar, instead of going to the site, it searches google for the URL? That is NOT how it is supposed to work at all. It may be that you have had your browser hijacked.
