Updated to 10.13.6 now safari keep crashing?
since I updated MacBook to 10.13.6 I can use safari too long until I get this webpage has reloaded because an error has occurred and then I get safari needs to close.

    I have cleared cache
I have cleared all history and cookies
I have checked cache folder in library and deleted the one cache.db
I checked for extensions to remove
    I updated java
    I restarted ....

still crashing and it was fine until I updated to this.....

    what can I do?

    Welcome to our forums.

How about when you use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox, does the same thing happen?

The only way to fix a broken Safari is to download macOS again and install over the top of 10.13.6. Updates to Safari are included with the operating system.

Try downloading and installing the High Sierra 10.13.6 combo update from here:

    10.13.6 - MAC-131 - macOSUpdCombo10.13.6.dmg - Mac OS X - High Sierra Updates | ManageEngine Desktop Central

That will install over the top of your 10.13.6 and will not delete any apps or documents. A new copy of Safari will be installed along with it.

Have no idea what you're asking? High Sierra, macOS is 64 bit. What does 32 bit have to do with it?

Make sure you download the file that is colored in blue:

It will be a dmg file.

I have no idea what you downloaded but the above file from the site URL I gave you is what you should download and install. Mac files are not "exe". The dmg file in blue will open to an installer and from there you can install the combo update to High Sierra 10.13.6.

The destination to install the combo update file should be your Macintosh HD. Did you select that?

I think you are selecting and downloading the wrong file at that webpage:
    - ManageEngine - Enterprise IT Management
Products StorePartnersSupport Desktop & Mobile Device Management - ManageEngine Desktop Central
    Scroll further down, you need:
    Location Path macOSUpdCombo10.13.6.dmg
