Macbook Air - USB to RJ45 Adaptor
    Hello All,

I have a 2018 MacBook Air and have a need to connect to a programable device for the purpose of viewing, editing and uploading a program to it. The device uses a RJ45 port fo this. My MacBook however doesn't have a RJ45 port. I have been looking at a USB to RJ45 adaptor in the hope this may solve the problem but I'm not sure if my MacBook will actually support this use of the adaptor. I am hoping someone may know if this option is worth looking at?

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks Anthony

    Welcome to our forums.

Without knowing anything about which programmable device you intend to attach to your 2018 MBA, all we can advise is to give it a try. Currently Amazon carries one in stock that is not expensive. Go here to view it.
