    Trade in ripoff
I traded in my MacBook Pro. The company you use for this sent me a box to ship it. It claimed to have provided a shipping return label. It did not! It cost me $22.77 to ship it. I want that amount included in the promised gift card ($365 + 22.77)!
Anybody know the company APPLE uses for trade ins?

The way this is written (by using the word "you")...and this not being quote from another document or source...makes it sound like Mac-Forums is being referring to. Just in case there's any confusion...Mac-Forums is not associated with Apple.

Did you do your MacBook Pro trade-in via this webpage?

Your post is a bit disjointed, and do you not know the company you were using for the trade-in???

I would think it would be best if you contacted them, and get things sorted out.

Also, was prepaid postage part of the agreement as not all trade-in companies provide that option.

And quite often, the "SUPPLIED LABEL" must be printed out from either a webpage form or an e-mail you could have been sent, in case you were expecting it to be attached to the shipping box you received.

The first thing you need to do is get things sorted out with the tradein company you were dealing with, and that may or may not have been Apple.

Various Apple products trade-in companies do things differently:
