I'm not sure I understand your question. Usually, one thinks of an iMac as a desktop and therefore not for portage.
Have I got this wrong? Please confirm whether it is an iMac and if so, why you want or need to transport it.

Unfortunately, iLugger is the best. You get what you pay for...
Note that they now have a new case that has wheels - should be great for lugging thru airports.
