Just noticed that the specs were back as I was scrolling through the beginning of this thread. Way to go Nick.

Hearty congratulations to Nick and his team colleagues.

I'm sure this is just one of the many headaches you've had to cope with in order to get where we are today.

Thank you.

Is anyone having trouble receiving emails from this site? I have iCloud email, and all the email I receive comes with code sprinkled through out. The links when don't work because they have additional code inserted into them, so when you click on them, they come up as invalid. To validate my account, I actually had to copy the validation link, paste in textedit, clean it up, and then paste it in my browser in order for it to work.

I'm not seeing that specific issue but I am seeing something similar. Notifications about updates / posts to threads are coming through with working links. The part that is not working is notification of private messages. If I receive a PM from a forum member it looks and behaves in the way you describe.

I think he's referring to the emails sent by the forum software with regard to PMs among members or thread updates.

@bollinger: We are aware of the problem and it's being worked on. The email notifications are sprinkled with HTML code rather than the plain text which HTML code represents. It is rather annoying so hopefully we can get that cleared up soon.

Thanks for your patience.

Apologies for that. Yes we're working on it. Thanks for mentioning it.:)
