I've always wondered shat happens to your status when you leave the site without logging out. I mean the list of members in red at the bottom of the page of those currently (browsing? / logged in?)...

There is a setting within VB admin that sets how long after a user’s last action to show the user as active in that list, so depending on what it’s set at (it I recall right default is 15min?) that’s how long you’ll show as active. Some forums change this to an hour or more to make the forum look busier.

Maybe at night, but during the day I've heard that some of the admins like pigoo3 and chscag have a little remote control switch and a big hat they wear and can use either when they prefer. Neat eh??? :D
