The average low in Brussels (I needed a location) in the winter doesn't even fall below 0°. That's not a winter.Beware, I survived Belgian winters.
I thought the cooling off into the mid teens (57°F - 60°F) here tomorrow was bad...Now I know where summer went. It's supposed to be 49º here tomorrow.
