- 17" MBP C2D 2.8 4GB OS X 10.8 | iPhone 5
Hi there.
As the title suggests, I'm trying to see what kind of price I could be looking to get if I were to sell my 17" MBP. Like many other people, I recently upgraded the memory, SSD and replaced the battery.
Specs:
2.8GHz Core2Duo CPU
8GB Corsair Memory
500GB Samsung SSD
nVidia Geforce 9600M GT 512MB GPU/256MB onboard video, selectable
OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan)
Battery was just replaced a few weeks ago, old battery was in a condition other than "Good" so it was replaced.
Power adapter, superdrive and speakers all work fine without issue.
Small scratch on bottom cover, minor and unseen with the laptop on a table to other surface. Missing 1 screw from the bottom cover, still holds in place perfectly fine.
Please let me know any other info that could be helpful in determining an accurate price, or if this computer wouldn't fetch very much anyway. Mac2Sell prices this MBP at $940USD... Somehow I think that's grossly inaccurate.
