Considering it's been a hot Summer across most of the US this year, it's no surprised your wind breaker is not selling. Maybe try again this Fall or Winter....

My three thoughts were (not selling):
1. It's just a black windbreaker with a small Apple logo on it.
2. The size is XL (extra-large). Thus as with any specific size (S, M ,L , XL, etc.). This will certainly narrow-down the number of folks interested.
3. If the jacket is something unique/desirable. Post it on eBay (much more visibility/more perspective buyers).
