Up for sale today I have an AMS Venus T5 5-bay eSATA RAID. This box allows you to plug in 5 SATA hard drives (I had 5x1.5TB drives inside), and sends the signal through an eSATA port for use with your Mac or Windows computer. This RAID box uses a Silicon Image chipset, and it worked flawlessly with my MacBook Pro using the drivers available under Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Unfortunately, after selling my MacBook Pro, I no longer have a need for it. Included is the original box and documentation, a Dynex eSATA expresscard (fully supported under OS X and Windows), a replaced (more durable) eSATA cable, and the device itself.

I just bought this from microcenter several months ago for $280 plus shipping and tax, not including the upgraded eSATA cable or expresscard.
Micro Center - AMS VENUS T5 5-Bay SATA to eSATA RAID Enclosure DS-2350J

As such, I would like to get $175 shipped for it, sent anywhere in the continental United States. I have done numerous transactions on these forums, and I have 100% feedback on eBay. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or offers, thanks!

Nope, they worked flawlessly while I used them with my Mac, I used the updated drivers from silicon image's website, and I've heard people have had issues with the earlier drivers, but the new ones are rock solid.
