This laptop was given to me as a gift and I used it extremely lightly for class papers and that was it.
There is no damage to the unit and I have applecare on it.

Everything that came with it will come with it, including the original box.

Installed is the Latest OSX 10.6
Installed on it is Photoshop CS3, Microsoft Suite, and many other programs which copies of these programs will be included.
