So with the event tomorrow are they going to release a Beta for the SDK for iPhone users or are they going to just announce the date for it to be released? Thanks guys.

Tomorrow is the date it's going to be released. It is rumored that a few apps will be launched as well. I'm hoping for an official iChat app :D

Man, that'd be very nice...

When should we expect the SDK to be available tomorrow? After the conference?

Well the SDK is rather useless for the lay person like you and I. What you want to look forward to are when and how the new apps are going to be delivered. I would expect any new Apple apps to be either made available through iTunes or through another firmware update for the iPhone. As for third party apps, we'll have to see how they're delivered, though I wouldn't be surprised if they too were made available through iTunes.

Well with just one hour left before the conference. My hopes are high for the updates and third party apps:)! I think they are going to release the sdk to developers for developing third party apps. But I also think they will release a few new apps made by apple .

X fingers crossed

What I find interesting so far is the remote wipe.

I don't exactly understand if the Exchange support thing is any good for a personal user like me... ?

No, Exchange support is only for those who use Exchange servers. So it's great for the corporate market.

That's what I though/figured.

I hope they release that picture editor thing and the game. Those sound cool. :) At least to hold us over until more apps are released.
