trouble burning artwork in iTunes

I am burning some cds in iTunes and after doing so, the artwork is not being burned from iTunes to the newly burned cd. Does anyone know how I can get my iTunes artwork to burn onto the newly burned cd?

I also tried copying and pasting the artwork from Amazon to the newly burned cd and that won't let me.

Is it not possible to add artwork to a burned cd?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

A music cd playable in a stand alone cd player? - not that I'm aware of.

If you want to burn an Mp3 disc, try this. Drag those files you want to burn onto your desktop or any folder. The artwork will then be embedded in your MP3 file. Then burn that folder to disc using whatever burn software. You could also try reimporting into iTunes once the artwork is embedded.
