It's located in Library : Desktop Pictures. I think it's just called Aqua.jpg.

Looking in the directory, you stated I found the following: Aqua Blue.jpg (260kb) ; Aqua Graphic.jpg (196kb); Classic Aqua Blue.jpg (292 kb); Classic Aqua Graphic.jpg (196kb). Is it one of these?

Hm...I did something similar to that. I wanted to change the picture behind the user login window after starting up my computer, so I put the picture I wanted into the Library folder and renamed it AquaBlue or Aqua...I can't remember which one it is. Well, it worked...But then I used some weird theme which didn't use Duality-it was a theme that restarted the computer to set the theme and on startup the pic behind the login window was back to that blue with the curved lines running throught it. I went to my Library folder and found that it had changed the file I had named as Aqua to the actually Aqua picture even though I changed the name of the original Aqua picture to Aqua1. So now I have Aqua and Aqua1. They are the same picture. I lost my cool pic I changed it to.... Sorry for that long pointless story. :D
