I spend a lot of time sitting on my desk chair in my home office as I'm sure a lot of you do. I think its just as important to have a good chair as it is for a computer system so..

Im in the market for a nice comfy new ergonomic desk chair and thought I would ask you lot what you have and what you recommend?

I have a Herman Miller Aeron. If you have the means, I highly suggest it. Nobody does ergonomic chairs quite like Herman Miller.

For the record, my Dad works for Herman Miller and he got me a used chair cheap. I don't have the money for a brand new one.

Buy one of those mesh chairs you see above, but it need not necessarily from Herman MIller.

We all have these at work (I'm sitting in one now). Nice chairs, but I don't see where they are worth the money.

When I was in the bay area, during the dot com bust.. I could buy cisco switches for $50... I even picked up a Pix for about $100... the Aeron chairs were still running $400-$500 used.
