hey..i downloaded a movie from xtorrent for free (sorta like limewire) and when i download them there in the .avi format. I have VLC to watch the movies on my computer but i was wondering a way if i can switch the format so i can put them on itunes to sync to my apple tv. I just exported my movie with quicktime pro to movie to apple tv and it did not work it was just blank.

Can anyone help me?
