how to play a .scm video file?

i need to play a .scm video file, but neither VLC nor Mplayer could do the job.

can any one please tell me how to open this file type?

MacBook 2.2 Ghz 2GB Ram 120 GB HD
The only thing i could find on it was to put it on a pc and play it with a weird plug in for WMP. There is nothing that i can find on google or the apple site that will play .scm videos.

You can get some sort of screen capture program and then run that while playing it but that would be my only guess because I can't find anything that will convert .scm because its such an unused format. I haven't used any screen capture for windows but im sure you can do alittle googling and find a free one somewhere.
