MacBook Help

I just purchased a MacBook about 2 weeks ago and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Is it possible to make it so when I open it, it brings me to the login screen where I can pick which account I want to login to?

go to
apple menu > system prefs
choose "accounts"
if you only have one account you may only have to log in once on boot (not sure since i have two accounts). if you make a second, you should get the option to select a user on restart.
also check your security settings. make sure "disable automatic login" is checked.

also under the security settings you can require a password to wake from sleep.
