Importing Bookmarks, Mail, Contacts

I have a new mac coming and I was wondering if there was an option to import bookmarks from firefox.

I am currently on a PC and I exported my bookmarks to a "bookmark.html" file... will this be good enough? What do you guys recomend?

Also I am using thunderbird for email......is there a way to import all my old mail into macs mail client?

Next contacts....how would I go about importing my adress book on my PC to my new one on the mac.

I don't use firefox, so I don't know. I am just bumping this to the top, in case no one saw this.
