classic environment?

Ive just changed to a mbp and was installing some of my software on one adobe programme it said classic environment no longer supported is there anyway round this? Thanks

The intel macs do not support the Classic environment.

What adobe program is it and can you get an OS X app that can do the same things?

There is a way to get classic apps to work but you are better off letting us advise you on a more modern program

I totally agree with louishen. Classic apps. won't run on Intel Macs without any major hacking.

well i use studio 8 and had an old version of photoshop which had a couple of seperate update discs didnt really want to have to buy a new copy.
